Yes. The Tidal Ring features natural Amazonite. Because natural stones vary, colour, texture and markings may differ slightly from piece to piece.

Will my ring look exactly like the photographs?

The overall design and proportions will remain consistent, but the stone itself will naturally vary. Slight differences in blue-green tone, surface texture and mineral pattern are expected and are part of using natural Amazonite.

The Tidal Ring is offered in Australian sizes H, J, L, N, P, R, T and V, corresponding to US sizes 4–11.

How should I care for my ring?

Keep your ring away from swimming pools, showers, household chemicals, perfume and prolonged moisture. Wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store it somewhere dry.

How long does Australian delivery take?

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard tracked delivery is estimated at 6–12 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order has been sent.

Tracked standard shipping is free on Australian orders over A$100. Orders below A$100 are A$6.95.

Can I return my ring?

Yes. We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items that are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied products under Australian Consumer Law are separate from this voluntary return policy.
