Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during major promotional or holiday periods.

• Orders A$100 and over: Free
• Orders under A$100: A$6.95
• Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, severe weather, remote-area delivery and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Please check your address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@luvoden.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order enters fulfilment.

If an order is returned because an address supplied at checkout was incorrect or the parcel could not be delivered, contact our team and we'll help arrange the next step. Additional shipping charges may apply where permitted.
