Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable charges are shown before an order is submitted.

We aim to display products accurately. Screens, lighting and photography can affect how colours appear.

Natural gemstones vary in colour, markings, texture and other natural characteristics. Such variation is expected.

Submitting an order does not prevent us from cancelling or refunding an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is an obvious pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud or genuine inability to supply the product.

If this occurs, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for cancelled items.

Payments are processed using available third-party payment providers.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our products come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, Luvoden branding, original website content, graphics, logos and original creative assets are owned by or licensed to Luvoden and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

You must not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or use the service for unlawful activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvoden is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
